Dominic Leblanc
Canada's Department of Finance is to deliver the Fall Economic Statement today but with Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland resigning this morning, it was not clear who will deliver it.
Now Radio-Canada reports that Dominic Leblanc, who is also the Minister of Public Safety, will take the job.
That is a strong indication that Trudeau has no intention of resigning.
