Ukraine says it has assassinated a top Russian general

Ukraine claims responsibility for the assassination of a senior Russian general in Moscow. The Lt. General Igor Kirillov, who was in charge of Russia's chemical weapons unit, was killed when a bomb hidden in a scooter went off when he left a building in Moscow. Haley Ott reports.
