The last week of Summer Shape Up is HERE!! Whether you've completed the entire challenge up until this week or the second half of it, it's time to jump back in, get motivated and finish strong. That Grand Prize is waiting for you 😉

5 tips to help you stay on track during the last week:

1. Set a Goal for Finals Week

Whether it's hitting a new personal record in your workout streak or sticking to the Hot Body Meal Plan without a slip, setting a specific goal for the past week will give you something to strive for. work towards. Write it down and remind yourself of it every day to stay focused.

2. Don't compare yourself to others

Everyone's fitness journey is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your achievements and how far you have come since the beginning of SSU.

3. Stay Positive

Positive self-talk can go a long way in motivating you. Remind yourself of the hard work you have done so far and the progress you have made. Motivate yourself with affirmations and believe in your ability to finish the formidable challenge.

4. Follow Your Accountability Group

Your accountability group is there to support you, so don't be afraid to reach out to them for encouragement if you feel like you're drifting away from your goals. Share your struggles, achievements, and goals with your LSF babies, and let them lift you up. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey is extremely powerful.

5. Celebrate How Far You've Come

Take time to celebrate how far you've come on your fitness journey. Recognize the hard work and dedication you've put in over the past few weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your dedication to you and SSU!

This last week of SSU is your chance to finish strong and show yourself what you can do. Stay motivated, stay positive, and never give up. You've made it to week 6 and that's incredible!
