Chainlink features smart value capture to streamline user experience

Chainlink has introduced another unique feature called Smart Value Recapture. According to Chainlink, Smart Value Recapture reduces the unnecessary reliance on 3^rd parties and eliminating the requirement to integrate intermediate smart contracts. The platform took to social media to announce this development.

Chainlink releases a smart value recovery feature to reduce 3^rd– Party Obligations

Chainlink said it has built SVR in partnership with Flashbots, BGD Labs, and the other Aave DAO partners. The SVR reportedly allows MEV decentralized lending protocols to recapture dealing oracles from liquidation. It systematically reduces the 3 unnecessary^rd– party dependency while removing the need for intermediate smart contract integration.

The SVR-enabled Price Feeds use Flashbots MEV-Share along with a unique on-chain “Dual Aggregator” contract architecture. In this way, they deliver better security and fallback efficiency. Currently, the SVR is in the testnet stage. However, soon the platform will be released on the Ethereum mainnet.

SVR aims to offer uniquely decentralized, cross-chain and configurable OEM Solutions

The platform said that the integration of Chainlink SVR into the Aave community is going through regulatory approval. Reportedly, this move can improve the economic sustainability of the platform in the long run. Ultimately, it promises that DeFi protocols will have continuous access to reliable and secure oracles. In the future, Chainlink SVR plans to move to a highly decentralized, configurable, cross-chain, and generic OEV solution.

According to Chainlink, SVR improves user experience with reduced third-party dependency and no requirement to integrate intermediate smart contracts. The platform will focus on further improvements. They consider improved decentralization, cross-chain capabilities, improved gas efficiency, and a DON-based auction system. Overall it aims to deliver long-term economic stability, reliability and security. This could expand financial stability in the DeFi sector to grow its widespread adoption.
