How to stay motivated after a challenge


After completing a challenge, like our Spring Slim Down Challenge ๐Ÿ˜‰ it can be easy to lose momentum and fall back into old habits. But don't worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep the momentum going so you can keep achieving those goals you've worked so hard for!

1. Keep track of your MOVE app workouts

Our MOVE app is a great tool to help you work out even after the challenge is over. You'll have a full workout schedule + all the videos in the video library to choose from, so you never get bored with exercise!

2. Stay connected with your accountability group

Checking in with your accountability group can help you stay on track and motivated. Share your progress, challenges and successes with your group to hold each other accountable even after the challenge is over!

3. Adopt a healthy eating plan

Your exercises will be much more effective when combined with a healthy eating plan so make sure you don't fall back into junk food habits. There is always better and tasty exchanges which is easy to do!
