Tips on how to stay on track with an SSD


\ Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to get a little sidetracked from your goals so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals!

1. Plan ahead

One of the best ways to stay on track with your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block the time off so you feel motivated to complete your workout each day.

2. Enjoy Prep

Take some time each week to prepare food + have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you're in a bind, you'll be ready with nutritious options instead of reaching for the unhealthy options in your pantry.

3. Mix Up Your Workouts

Don't get stuck in an exercise rut! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily routine. Try different types of exercises in our video library MOVE app. It has everything from HIIT to yoga!

4. Find a Training Buddy

Having a workout buddy will make staying on track with your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This can be a family member, a close friend, or an LSF baby! We also strongly believe that Accountability Organizations play a key role in encouraging you through our challenges. It's never too late to join or create one!

5. Reward yourself

Don't forget to mark your progress along the way! Set yourself small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards will help keep you motivated and excited to continue on your journey.
