The US Supreme Court will rule against TikTok's challenge to a law that would prohibit the sale or ban of the app in the United States.
Is TikTok banned on Sunday. The Biden Administration said they would not allow him to go black on Sunday (ie enforce the law). They are passing the buck to the Trump administration.
Trump has said he doesn't want it banned but wants to establish a deal that addresses the risks. As it happens, we'll find out on Tuesday after Monday's holiday (that's a start).
