Indian Women's National Cricket Team batsman Smriti Mandhana produced a magical effort with the bat in the third ODI against the Australian Women's National Cricket Team. The match between the two teams takes place at the WACA Stadium in Perth.
In the shoot, Mandhana once again showed her class with the bat. The opening batter put in an amazing effort with the bat as she ensured her team got off to a strong start. The batter put on a brilliant display of shots and never put a foot wrong in the anvil.

Mandhana lost her opening partner, Richa Ghosh, earlier, but she made sure she made up for it. She put the Australian Women's National Cricket Team under pressure and, along with Harleen Deol (39), put up a 118-run partnership for the second wicket.
However, after that, Mandhana was not supported by the other batsman as India lost wickets regularly. But she made sure that she stayed up there for the team and kept them in the hunt while chasing the big target of 299 runs in the third game.
Mandhana brought up a magnificent century and registered her 9th ODI ton. She has the most number of ODI tons in women's cricket for the Indian National Cricket Team. The batter recently surpassed Mithali Raj, who smashed 7 tons in ODI cricket in her career.
She has also become the first cricketer in the history of women's cricket to hit 4 ODI tons in a calendar year.

Mandhana got her century in the 35th over when she flicked the opener from Alana King down her leg and reached the landmark. She cheered as she removed her helmet and expressed her happiness.

However, Mandhana could not turn her duck into a big one because right after her century, she was back in the hut. She was taken away by Ashleigh Gardner. With her wicket, Indian team's hopes ended and they lost their 4th wicket.
Ashleigh Gardner bowled a delivery that drifted in from around the wicket. Smriti Mandhana looked to push through the line but the ball seemed to cut back quickly off the pitch. It went past the inside edge, hit the pad, and crashed into the stumps.

Smriti Mandhana finished with an innings of 105 runs off 109 balls. She batted with a strike rate of around 97 and also hit 14 fours and 1 six in her innings. But after getting out, the Indian Women's National Cricket Team lost quick wickets and lost the match by 83 runs.
