Summer is the perfect time to take out your workouts and to get a little vitamin d, lover!

You can be any of the Move app Worksouts are out, from your sweat of sweat 10 or try those recommendations!

Outdoor External Workouts in the summer:

1. Young morning

Start your day off with a gentry yogue session in the park or in your back yard. Find a quiet place, put out your brat, and rest and listen to nature sounds.

2. A beach route

Beach walks are the perfect way to send your mind away from no matter what is going in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to go on a beach trip either on their own (with some Kiss in and your Your favorite playlist or podcast) or walked with girlfriend and catching up on life!

3 .. Hirit Workout

Take your trained intelligence interval (Hitit) to the beach for an additional challenge. The soft-sand work for muscle work harder, and the ocean will keep you cool. Hirit Woodsouts is a great to burn calories and the development of cardiovascular health.
