When you think of holiday making, you probably picture 5-pound bags of flour and sugar, a kitchen sink full of mixing bowls, and an apron with butter. It's an activity that can go on for hours and it means tasting at least one of each batch of cookies when they come out of the oven.
But that's not the only way to make a seasonal dessert. This chocolate chip cookie dough comes together in minutes with minimal mess. No need to burn the oven.
And best of all, it's full of protein. Cottage cheese is your superpower when it comes to enjoying a high protein dessert. Although some prefer it on its own, its popularity is due to its versatility.
You can use cottage cheese in all kinds of different recipes. (Trust us, we wrote a few of them!) And that includes tons of desserts, but this high-protein cookie dough might be our favorite.
