At least 2 dead, dozens injured in Christmas market attack in Germany

At least two people are dead and dozens injured after a vehicle plowed into a crowd at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. Authorities say that the driver of the car has been arrested and that it appears to be a deliberate attack. Elaine Cobbe has details.
