Filming on the next season of Amazon and Bethesda's popular Fall out television show has been canceled due to ongoing large fires near Los Angeles, California.
On January 7, Date production and filming reportedly went ahead Fall outthe second season was scheduled to begin on January 8. The production had stopped for a holiday and it was expected to start again that day. But, the great fires that affected southern California and the greater Los Angeles area has caused delays. It is now being reported that the plan is to start filming again on February 10, although that could change depending on the fires and the weather.
Fallout at first season they reached critical acclaim in April 2024. The series is based on the successful games from Bethesda, and just a few weeks after its debut, it was picked up for second season.
As observed by Spot gameFilmLA – the agency responsible for all film licensing in Los Angeles –warned that the facilities normally available for film and TV productions in the area would not be accessible due to the devastating fires that destroyed hundreds of homes and other buildings and killed at least two people. The LA County Fire Department has also withdrawn all filming permits in or near areas affected by the fire.
Different reports that production has been halted on other TV shows, including Abbott Elementary, Grey's Anatomy, Hacks, and Suitable for LA. Even in cases where production sets or soundtracks are not directly threatened by the fires, the smoke and ash are dangerous to breathe, and these delays are intended to protect the cast and crew. Universal Studios has also closed to protect guests, staff and crew members.
