DUNKIRK, France (AP) – French police are investigating the deaths of five people who were fatally shot in the Dunkirk region of northern France on Saturday.
A 22-year-old man turned himself in to police, according to authorities and local media.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, the owner of an unnamed company in Wormhout, south of Dunkirk, was killed first, followed by two private security agents and two migrants in Loon-Plage, which is just west of Dunkirk .

The Dunkirk prosecutor said the suspect turned himself in to the gendarmerie in Ghyvelde, east of Dunkirk, at around 5:20pm and said he had killed five people. The man, who was not known to the authorities, was taken into custody by the police, according to the prosecutor, who said that several guns were found in the man's car.
Officers are trying to determine the suspect's motive.
Such hunts are particularly rare in France.
