Patty Tavatanakit and Jake Knapp held on to complete a one-stroke victory at the joint PGA Tour and LPGA Grant Thornton Invitational.
The pair had hit the ground running on day one, where they birdied their first nine holes en route to a 14-under par 58.
On day two, Tavatanakit and Knapp increased their lead to two shots as they carded a 66 to top the leaderboard at 20 under par.
In the final round they carded a seven-under 65 in a modified four-ball format, finishing 27-under-27.
Jeeno Thitikul and Tom Kim finished 26 under, with Jennifer Kupcho and Akshay Bhatia third at 25 under.
The mixed team event featuring PGA and LPGA Tour stars at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida, uses three different formats over three rounds and concludes with a modified four-ball, where the two player leaving and turning balls for their second shot before then. playing the same ball until it is holed.
Tavatanakit and Knapp admit that it was not easy for them on day two as inclement weather made play difficult in the southernmost US state, but a positive attitude was key for the pair.

The pair will share $1m in prize money for the win.
What is a Grant Thornton invitation?
The 54-hole tournament is a mixed team event where 16 LPGA Tour and 16 PGA Tour professionals compete against each other in a special sanctioned tournament.
The three-day tournament offers three different formats of team play and allows the 32-player field to compete for equal prize money and exposure.
This is the second consecutive year the tournament has appeared on the schedule, having launched in 2023 as the first co-sanctioned event between the LPGA Tour and the PGA Tour from JCPenney Classic in 1999.
