One person was killed and 17 wounded in separate incidents on Sunday after Israeli soldiers opened fire on residents who were trying to return to their homes in southern Lebanon. Israeli forces are still on the ground despite the end of the 60-day withdrawal period specified in the cease-fire agreement with Hezbollah.
