Within the West Bank, the Israeli settlement of Karnei Shomron is one of over a hundred carved into Palestinian land. Today, up to 700,000 Israelis live in scattered communities within the West Bank and East Jerusalem, which the United Nations says are illegal. About 15% of the settlers are Americans. Correspondent Seth Doane talks to two settlers, originally from West Virginia and Detroit, and Palestinians in the West Bank now living on the other side of Israel's security barrier.
