His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE as Ruler of Dubai, issued Decree No. 2024 (69) on the Board of Trustees of the British University in Dubai, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
According to the decree, the members of the Board of Trustees include: the Vice-Chancellor of the University; Ahmed Buti Al Muhairbi; Sheikha Hind Ali Rashid Al Mulla; Muna Faisal Al Gurg; and one representative each from Dubai Holding; British Council in Dubai and Northern Emirates; Emirates NBD; Rolls Royce International Limited; British Chamber of Commerce Dubai; and Atkins.
The term of membership of the Board of Trustees is three years, commencing from the date of issuance of the Decree. The representatives will be nominated by their respective bodies.
This order shall come into effect from the date of issue and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
