792 people have been arrested in Nigeria as part of an attack on a crypto romance ring. Many of those arrested from the scene in Victoria Island were foreign nationals including 148 who were from China. The scam targeted victims around the world by developing romantic relationships with their marks through social media and then manipulating them into buying fake crypto investments.
