Police said one person was killed in a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle in Whitchurch-Stouffville on Saturday morning.
York Regional Police said the crash happened around 3 a.m. near Ninth Line and Hoover Park Drive.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he died.
The police did not provide information about the age and gender of the victim.
They did not say whether the victim was on the motorcycle or not.
Roads in the area have been closed for the collision investigation, police said in a social media post.
Any witnesses are asked to contact police.
