Summer is the perfect time to take your workout outside and get some vitamin D, my love!

The best outdoor exercises to do this summer:
1. Morning yoga
Start your day off right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or your backyard. Find a quiet place, roll out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Beach Walk
Beach walks are the perfect way to take your mind off whatever is going on in your life at the moment. Take 10-30 minutes to go for a beach walk on your own (with some headphones in & with you favorite playlist or podcast) or walk with a lover and catch up on life!
3. HIIT Workout
Take your high intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for an extra challenge. Soft sand will make your muscles work harder, and the ocean breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
