An Israeli strike in the middle of the Gaza Strip resulted in several deaths on Thursday, according to Palestinian reports.
At least 25 Palestinians have lost their lives in the Nuseirat refugee camp, medical sources in the Gaza Strip said. According to these sources, the Israeli military targeted residential buildings there.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported at the same time dozens of injuries in Nuseirat. According to the report, the Israeli Air Force hit a nearby building and houses several times. Pictures on social media are said to show medics later carrying some of the immobile and bleeding people into the hospital.
The details could not be independently verified at first. The Israeli army said it was looking into the investigation report.
WAFA reported a total of 70 deaths during the day as a result of Israeli strikes at various locations in the Gaza Strip.
