The New Orleans truck attack suspect, whom the FBI identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old American citizen, was an Army veteran who was an IT specialist before earning a bachelor's degree in computer systems. He was married twice and had financial problems, according to divorce papers.
