This new game is expected to be released sometime in 2025, and will be getting a network test soon after the calendar turns into the new year.
The test has been written in for February 2025, and registration for it will start from January 10, so you don't have long to wait to try your luck by being one of the chosen ones. Only the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S are named as platforms for the test though, which means you're probably out of luck if you're on a PC or next generation consoles last.

What do you do if you enter? Well, Bandai writes: “The network test is a preliminary validation test in which the selected testers play a part of the game before the full game is launched. Various technical validations of online systems will be analyzed by performing large network load tests. “
If it helps, just think of these technical pieces as the bosses you fight as you fight bosses, with network stability to fully reveal them as the big reward you get for them to kill You can call it an 'aura of constant network load' if that doesn't feel good enough when you brag to your friends about buying it.
