“Tarot Reader Predicts Upcoming Switch 2” reads the title of a recent post on r/NintendoSwitch2 that has very few upvotes. The poster, user Future31, claims that a Famiboards moderator with the handle Tangerine_Cookie has recently done a reading using their deck – one that this user claims to have correctly predicted before the Download the trailer for metroid 4 it would be just last June – and the conclusion you can draw is that the Switch appears to be coming soon.
Obviously that's not something you could infer to be able from all the news stories Switch 2 is said to be leaking coming out now.
According to Future31, the three cards drawn when the deck was asked about the Switch 2 release were the Five of Swords (Reversed), the Nine of Pentacles (Reversed), and the Four of Wands. The poster says these cards can represent things like “compromise, moving on, open to Change, end of conflict”, “hits, bad investment, burnout, undeserved rewards”, and “celebration, wealth, wonder, success and joy” respectively.
That combo, this poster believes, indicates an upcoming release. “The reconciliation and end-of-conflict themes signal that the long wait for the release is over,” they say, “It's time to move on from Switch 2 speculation to Switch 2 excitement, and a go through the period of 'what are we thinking about next?'.
“There have been problems with this, though! We know the Switch Pro has been discontinued internally, and this generation has been too long. No new hardware.
“Soon, we'll be celebrating the reveal and launch of the Switch 2, with all the excitement and surprises that come from the launch line – something that will surely earn Nintendo a lot of money, and success is earned.”

Will the Switch 2 be released soon? Anyway, if your fancy cards aren't willing to give a specific date and time, it's likely that anyone who hasn't spent too much time looking at photos will be happy.
