While you're waiting for The Witcher 4, a bunch of former CD Projekt Red devs are hoping to drum up interest in what they're working on with the release of a title and the promise of a proper show.

Rebel Wolves he's not quite ready to show you what he's working on yet, but a little teaser has revealed the name of his first game.

It's been a few years since Rebel Wolves, a team made up of the former A witch and Cyberpunk devs, has revealed itself, but it looks like the new team is finally ready to show off what they're working on… next month. Following the announced in October that Bandai Namco would be publishing Rebel Wolves' first titlethe Elden Circle publisher shared a title reveal trailer today, announcing that the game will be called The Blood of A walker. There was also a gorgeous logo on display, although I'm not sure of the title yet – it sounds rather generic to be honest, but the trailer had more to say anyway.

“Join us under the full wolf moon for the game reveal,” the trailer shares. “The world needs what it fears.” I don't know what that last line means, but I can interpret that a full wolf moon phase means that the game's proper release will be on January 13th, almost exactly a month away , and the next day is scheduled for a full moon (today is also a full moon, so a special note here). That will be at 1pm PST / 4pm EST / 10pm CET, though not the trailer does not explain if any gameplay will be shown, or if it will just be a cinematic trailer.

The YouTube video's description explains that “The Blood of Dawnwalker is the first chapter of Rebel Wolves' new role-playing saga – a single-player dark fantasy action RPG in the open world with a strong focus on story and narrative,” which could easily explain you The Witcher too, so it's clear that the devs have stuck with what they know.
